As an escrow agency, all funds received in behalf of the Buyer is held in trust pending a contigency or the fulfillment of
a condition or conditions in a contract. Upon that event occurring, Traders Escrow as the escrow agent will deliver the funds to the proper recipient, otherwise we are bound by our fiduciary duty to maintain the escrow account until all provisions and or conditions, have been duly exercised or allternate provisions have been implemented by both parties.

How Buyers are protected:

*Traders Escrow.com tracks the shipped merchandise and verifies it was delivered.
*The Seller isn't paid until the Buyer accepts and approves the merchandise, or the inspection period expires.

How Sellers are protected:

* TradersEscrow.com confirms when the Buyer receives merchandise.
* The Seller is authorized to ship only after Traders Escrow.com verifies funds(certified) are held in trust..
